Ravi Shastri

 Ravi Shastri is a former Indian cricketer, born on May 27, 1962, in Bombay, India. He was an all-rounder who played for the Indian cricket team in the 1980s and early 1990s. After retiring from cricket, he became a commentator, coach, and mentor for the Indian cricket team. Shastri played 80 Tests and 150 One Day Internationals (ODIs) for India, scoring over 6000 runs and taking 280 wickets across both formats. He was known for his aggressive batting style and his ability to bowl accurate left-arm spin. After retiring from cricket, Shastri became a cricket commentator for various media outlets. He was known for his insightful commentary and analysis, and his catchphrase "Tracer Bullet" became popular among cricket fans. In 2014, Shastri was appointed as the Director of the Indian cricket team for the tour of England. He was later appointed as the head coach of the Indian cricket team in 2017. Under his coaching, India reached the final of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy and won the 2018-19 Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Shastri is also known for his off-field controversies, including his alleged relationship with actress Amrita Singh and his involvement in a conflict of interest controversy as a commentator and coach.
